Performance pathway in Kent

 

The Kent Netball Player Development Programme is a fundamental part of the England Netball (EN) Pathway and forms part of the talent identification process.

 

The aim of the county Programme is to give players the quality individual coaching support they need, educating players on how to train in regard to fitness, skills work and goal setting, as well as many other aspects necessary to become an elite athlete.

 

Kent Netball currently delivers Player Development Programmes in line with the current EN Player Pathway, outlined below.  Kent provides U13 and U15 Player Development Programmes. Athletes are selected into the programmes by our screening events - see the Trials page for more information
