Marlene has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 1993 and was awarded Life Membership in 2006.  She is a founding member of Sabina NC and likes to play WD, C or WA.  As  Level 3 Coach and B Award umpire, Marlene shares her expertise through coaching, assessing and mentoring.  Furthermore, Marlene hosts events and acts as an ambassador for the County. She drives development of facilities, chairs the local borough sport’s development forum and runs the Rising Stars Junior League.  Marlene's aim is to ensure management is always fair, open and inclusive.  On average Marlene spends 8 hours a  month on County business.  Marlene says, "My passion is the sport. My joy is seeing my knowledge and experience being of benefit to all I share with . Seeing growth whether as player, coach, official or administrator and knowing that my input had helped that development and inspired love for the sport."

Keeley has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2013.  A member of Halstead NC, Keeley likes to play GS.  She is an A Award umpire, mentor and A Award assessor.  Furthermore, Keeley is a Level 2 netball coach.  Keeley's aim is for Kent to see an improvement in different aspects of netball across the county.  Keeley spends between 10 and 30 hours a month on administration in her role.

Michelle has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2009.  Although not currently a member of a club, Michelle likes to play WD, WA or GS. She is a B Award umpire and has embarked upon her coaching journey as a Level 1 coach. Michelle's spends around 4-5 hours a month assisting the Chair in her role.  Michelle is the Chair of Medway Netball League and says she "enjoys being involved in everything netball for the county".

Helen has been on Kent Netball Management Committee since 2015 and was awarded Life Membership in 2023.  Helen is an A Award umpire as well as a mentor and assessor.

Dawn has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2004 and was awarded Life Membership in 2016.  She is a member of Stone Roses NC and likes to play GA.  A member of the Ashford Netball League Committee since 1995, Dawn stepped down after 20 years as Chair but remains as Fixtures Secretary.  Dawn is a Level 2 coach and C Award umpire.  She is also the Resolution Lead for the County and spends around 2 hours a month on her volunteer role.  Dawn completes a handful of hours a  month of administration work for the county (paid) and manages the website.

Katie has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2015. She is a member of Beech Grove Academy NC and likes to play GS.  Katie is a Level 2 coach and spends about 6 - 8 hours a month supporting and developing coaches across Kent.

Justine has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2021. She is a member of Wealden NC where she plays WA and GS.  Justine is a B Award umpire and Level 1 coach.  She spends about 10 - 15 hours a month keeping Kent Netball's social media updated and relevant.

Natalie has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2022.   She plays GK for TTE NC and is a B Award umpire.  Natalie's role is to ensure that the Kent County Senior League runs smoothly and says "I enjoy working alongside people that put their heart and soul into running the Kent Committee".

Liz has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2022.   She plays GK for KCNC NC and is a B Award umpire.  Liz chairs and ensures the smooth running of the Kent County Junior Netball League.

Jenny has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2012.  Jenny's playing days have taken a back seat to  her progression to ITIA Award on the umpiring pathway. 

Dot has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2006 and was awarded Life Membership in 2017.   A member of Eclipse NC, Dot plays likes to play GS and is  B Award umpire and Level 1 coach.

Natalie has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2013 and was awarded Life Membership in 2020.   She enjoys working on the committee with those who are passionate about what they do.  Natalie plays centre court with Istead Rise N.C and is a Level 2 coach.  Natalie spends 25-30hours a month developing and delivering a high quality performance programme for our young athletes, to help them achieve their netball aspirations.

Alex has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2021 and enjoys being able to give something back to a sport that she loves.  Alex is a GA/GS with Hornets N.C., a volunteer coach and B award umpire.  She offers a touch point for leagues who need support or guidance and spends between 2-5 hours on her role.

Hannah has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2020.   She plays C and WA for Goldwyn NC.  Furthermore, Hannah is a Level 2 coach and C Award umpire.  Hannah aims to develop the opportunities for netball competition for schools.  The Schools Secretary's role is intensive from September through until March, averaging 10+ hours a month..

Caroline has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2012.   She plays C/WA for TTE NC.  Caroline is an A Award umpire who enjoys supporting and educating officials.  She can spend 20+ volunteer hours on County business.

Emma has been on the Kent Netball Management Committee since 2021. She is a member of Istead NC and likes to play C.  She is a Level 1 coach and C Award umpire.  Emma enjoys getting the opportunity to see the work done behind the scenes to enable smooth-sailing Netball across Kent and having the chance to enhance netball for young players.

Rachael joined her role as Netball Development Officer at England Netball in summer 2022, an exciting time for netball with a home Commonwealth Games. Rachael’s role is to support the growth of netball and attract new participants to the great game through programmes such Back to Netball, Walking Netball, Bee Netball and Blended Netball. Rachael is a key point of contact for all things netball in Kent, offering support and signposting to different opportunities to play, coach, officiate and volunteer within the county.
