Excel Workshops
England Netball has introduced six new practical coaching workshops. The workshops are aimed at providing coaches and teachers with a better understanding of specific areas of player/game development, the tool kit required to analyse and correct technique, and fresh ideas for building coaching practices and sessions.

Talent ID workshop
England Netball’s new Talent Identification Workshop has been developed to help teachers and club coaches identify talented and potentially talented netballers. Please note: From September 2010 athlete nominations for Satellite and County Academies will only be considered from those who have attended a Talent ID course.

Kent Netball Coaching Workshops
Kent Netball will be running a series of skill based workshops aimed at players. The workshops will hopefully provide you with some skills practice to improve techniques, and provide you with ideas to take back to your school or club.

High 5 Awareness Workshop
This workshop provides ideas for teachers and coaches working both within and outside of the curriculum with players aged 7-11 years, and introduces the rules and application of the rules to High 5 netball.

The above workshops are currently being organised for the coming season. Details will be published here in due course.

Coach Education Courses
Kent Sport Leisure & Olympics service run a programme of educational workshops which aim to assist coaches / volunteers to develop their skills in supporting community sport. Essential courses for club accreditation are also included in this programme. Further details and how to book can be found at the KSLO website. If you are a Kent Club Connect Card member you will receive a discount on the cost of KCC courses.
