COACHING

Coaches play a crucial role in Netball and have significant influence on the participants they coach, helping them to reach their full potential. They are responsible for training athletes and providing them with the skills and competencies necessary through structured, enjoyable and safe practices

Kent Netball is always looking to develop and improve the network of coaches within the county. UKCC courses are organised across the Region to help coaches gain qualifications, whilst independent workshops are organised in the county to offer support and development.

UK Coaching Certificate
The UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) is an endorsement of sport-specific coach education. It sets the standards to help us ensure we are delivering the best available, player-centred coaching. All UKCC coaching courses are administered centrally be England Netball and delivered via a Regional Programme.
Click here for details on courses in the L&SE Region or www.englandnetball.co.uk/coaching.

England Netball Coaching Workshops
England Netball has developed a new series of workshops aimed at providing club coaches / teachers who are regularly planning sessions with a better understanding of a specific area of player and game development, the toolkit required to analyse and correct technique and fresh ideas for building practices and sessions.
